Ad Sense Low Value Content Fix

My solution works for players, and Google likes that.

If you are reading this, you probably got that annoying email from Google: "Low Value Content." It’s a total pain in the a** 😁. You put in the work, but Google acts like a broken game that refuses to load your level.

I’ve been there. My site is all about fixing things—like my Medieval 2 Win 11 Crash Fix. That page is currently my most visited and it ranks #2 on Google. But even with that traffic, AdSense rejected me at first. I had to stop acting like a "blogger" and start acting like a mechanic who is fixing a broken car.

The Truth about Wix and WordPress

Before we get to the fix, let’s talk about the platform. I use Wix. Let’s be real—it can be buggy. Sometimes the AdSense dashboard is a mess and doesn't count clicks properly.

Most people say WordPress is the only way to go because you have more control. They are probably right. But if you already started with Wix, don't panic. It still works if you know how to tweak it. You don't need a perfect site to get approved; you need a site that actually helps people.

Without further ado, I'm already too much, here's the solution:

Step 1: Delete the Junk

In a game folder, junk files cause crashes. On a blog, "thin content" gets you rejected. I went through my "Nerdy" section and looked at every post. If a post was short, boring, or just something I copied from a news site—I deleted it.

I decided to only keep what I’m good at: technical fixes. I rewrote my guides and included my own mistakes. "I tried this, it didn't work, then I found this solution..." Google wants to see that a real human actually tested the fix.

Step 2: Write for the Guy with the "Crash"

When I wrote a fix for Medieval 2, I didn't thought about "SEO." I thought about the guy who is frustrated because his game won't start.

Google’s bots are smart, but they look for one thing: Does the reader stay on the page? If a player stays for 5 minutes to read your solution, Google knows your page is good. Stop using AI to write 2000 words of nothing. Write like you are talking to a friend who is stuck on a difficult level.

Step 3: Clear the Path

If a player gets lost on a map, they quit. If Google's bot gets lost on your site, you get rejected.

  • Navigation: Make your "Fixes" or "Nerdy" category easy to find.

  • About Us: Don't be a ghost. Tell them who you are. I’m a gamer and a nerd who likes to mess with old technology.

  • Contact: Add a simple way for people to reach you. It shows Google you are a real person.

FAQ: Straight Answers

Q: Is Wix or WordPress better?

A: WordPress is better for technical stuff. But I am #2 on Google with a Wix site. Wix is a bit glitchy with ads, but if your content is good, you will get approved. Stay on Wix if you don't want to learn WordPress yet, but make your content 100% better.

Q: Why does AdSense show 0 clicks when I have traffic?
A: This is a classic bug on Wix. It’s like a UI glitch. Usually, it’s just the dashboard being slow. My tip: Don't use the standard blog templates for everything. Build your own pages for your best guides. The ads usually load better that way.

Q: Do I need 100 posts to get approved?
A: No way. I’ve seen sites get in with 10-15 good guides. It’s about the "fix," not the number of pages.

Q: Should I remove other ads before applying?
A: Yes. Keep your site clean while Google is checking it. Once you are approved, you can add other things back.

Bottom Line

Don't let the "Low Value" message stop you. Treat it like a hard boss fight. You don't quit the game; you change your strategy.

Look at your best page. Why do people visit it? For me, it’s because I solved a problem. Do that for every new post. If I can make a 20-year-old game run on Windows 11, you can definitely make AdSense work for you.
